Your Bridge to Wellness!
We are your bridge to wellness! Our behavioral health courses and workshops are aimed toward improving awareness of the interdependability of your thoughts, feelings and behaviors. If you change what you think, you can then change your feelings and behavior. This course is especially useful for persons who work in law enforcement, academic, healthcare and other people-oriented, helping professions. The courses and workshops were designed to help you identify behaviors which impede your ability to succesfully perform at a level comenserate to who we are. The topics covered are, but not limited to, work ethics, team building, group think, moral compass, emotional intelligence, leadership, work-life balance, help for the helper, bunout, redefining success and the meaning of having it "all."
